Trail of Dreams
On January 1, 2010, four brave students from Florida – Felipe Matos, Gaby Pacheco, Carlos Roa, and Juan Rodriguez – left Miami to embark on a 1,500-mile march to our nation's capitol in support of the Dream Act and calling upon our nation’s leaders to ensure that young people like themselves, and all immigrants, have the chance to realize their potential and fully participate in society.
After four months of taking a courageous stand on behalf of millions who suffer under our failed immigration system, after meeting with community leaders in multiple cities, after enduring discrimination and hate along the way, and after sharing their stories on a journey of a lifetime they will finally reach their destination. The New Latino Movement is proud to invite you to join us in supporting the inspiring young advocates by attending the following final events.
Note: Should any additional public events be added we will update this event page and send notices to the group.
